KEY RESPONSBILITES:


Social Media Strategy and Management


  • Plan and develop content strategy for Jetex's social media channels, website blog section aligned with organizational goals.
  • Research industry trends and competitor content to ensure relevance and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media channels.
  • Manage organic and paid social media marketing campaigns and take ownership of budget management.
  • Manage influencer/creator marketing program, including recruiting and onboarding new influencers, building and maintaining relationships with existing influencers, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Monitor social media networks to detect and report impersonation or phishing accounts of the company and the CEO.
  • Consistently suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness while maintaining luxury brand image.


Content Creation and Copywriting


  • Generate creative and high-quality content across various social media channels and formats (photo, video, text).
  • Write an engaging website blog post copy for pre-selected calendar events/topics to be then used as landing pages for specific social media posts.


Audience Engagement and Growth


  • Set specific growth objectives and report on KPIs and ROI.
  • Foster audience engagement through compelling storytelling and interactive content.
  • Communicate with relevant industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Manage community interactions and respond to audience feedback in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.


Brand Consistency


  • Uphold brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all content materials.
  • Ensure that content reflects the brand's tone, values, and objectives.


Collaboration with Teams


  • Work closely with brand marketing, communications and creative teams to ensure cohesive and integrated content delivery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to source accurate and valuable information


Analytics and Reporting


  • Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and generate regular reports.
  • Identify key metrics and insights to refine content strategies for continuous improvement.


Professional Development and Knowledge Management


  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Line Management.


Compliance-related duties:


  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.

REQUIRMENTS:


Qualification


  • Bachelor's Degree in, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Film industry or any related field.


Experience


  • 3+ years' experience in social media management and content creation with demonstrated experience in delivering complex marketing campaigns and projects (agency background and/or aviation or hospitality industry is highly preferred)


Skillset



  • Strong command in both written and spoken English and have excellent copywriting skills.
  • Hands on experience and proficiency in visual content creation using DSLR or higher-grade cameras as well as mobile photography/videography. Must have practical knowledge of utilizing creative lighting and composition/framing basics using different equipment and tools/cameras/lenses.
  • Practical knowledge of photo-video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite-Photoshop, Premiere Pro or After Effects, mobile apps like CapCut etc).
  • Ability to tell a compelling story through both images and videos. Understanding how visual elements contribute to the overall narrative and engagement.
  • Experience with Photoshop or equivalent photo editing platform
